1.In case of a defective or altered product reaching you at the time of delivery, kindly contact our customer care representatives within the designated time frame provided. However the eligibility of refunding will depend on what category your product falls in and its condition at the time of its return. 2.There will be absolutely no return of such a product where the return is based on “the lack of need”.

Conditions for Returns

1.A product will be returned on the bases of it not being used or damaged in any way. The site understands that items falling under the category of apparel are tried for size purposes and hence will be considered unused.


2.A return would only be possible if the authentic tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories are present


3. The return of the product will be dependent on the product`s authentic packaging being intact.If a product was delivered with multiple layers of packaging ,it should be returned thus, along with the shipping label. Refrain from covering the packaging with tapes or any kind of alternative item.

Debit Card or Credit Card If the refunded amount is not reflecting in your card statement after the refund is completed and you have received a notification by Zaraat, please contact your personal bank.
